Adding jet boost technology opens up new possibilities

“To get something different you have to try something different” – MD Michael Bower.

Boy did he do something different!

Taking a Deep Trekker Inc. PIVOT with an in air weight of 16.7kg (36.8lbs) and adding extra jet boost technology to give additional thrust and manoeuvrability; for increased use in stronger currents and more tidal areas, even we weren’t prepared to go airborne.

This is just the beginning of the testing phase but the applications of adding jet boost technology to our ROV’s opens up a world of practical possibilities and opportunities for subsea operations.

We have liftoff indeed!
